“ZHYVAGO COFFEE WORKS” started in August 2015, and started with two trips to Portland, Oregon. It was an attempt to bring Portland’s coffee culture to the oceanfront area.

A year and a half later, in a further Portland trip, I felt that “a place where travelers can use comfortably” was necessary, and the cafe that shaped the coffee center ZHYVAGO as a center was “Vongo & Anchor ”.

Like ZHYVAGO, the store was created by craftsmen who traveled together with Portland and other foreigners to recreate a small Portland. The sympathy of friends who saw the same scenery has become an irreplaceable energy in shaping Vongo & Anchor, and is poured into the store.

Vongo & Anchor is a promenade where the blue sea stretches out in front of Chatan in Chatan, and the local people as well as travelers can enjoy “life” in this area. I sincerely hope that you will feel the comfort and peace of mind.
